Ramnath Technologies will start the project promptly after we receive your acceptance of our proposal, the requested information, and applicable professional fees.

Ramnath Technologies will not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost business, or other special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the operation or inability to operate this presentation application.

In the case of collection, the Client agrees to pay all legal or third party involvement fees incurred and a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All the applicable taxes will be levied as per actual.

Ramnath Technologies InfoTech advises that, if the fees payable by you are tax-exempt at the source, you are required to submit an income tax exemption certificate to us during the course of your payment.

If the Client terminates the project during the development of the website, the Client will not be refunded any of the initial advances.

We will work with you to ensure that any legal proceeding will not cost you more than the charges you have already incurred.
